I NEED STIMULATION
Okay...it to cold outside to go sleddin, to much snow for motocycles...must be time for JEEPS! Unfortunetly, that usually means broken parts for me, and since I'm repairin the bike, not a lot of $$ left over for any more destructive behavior. However I'm gettin stir crazy and think I could go entirely out of mind (I'm about 90% there).

So, I will wish everyone a VERY happy New Year. I've been working on putting together a vision board for 2007. (yes, this is the sentimenal wtfever me). My first "goal" is to be prepared more financially, so I can make a wonderful move to a house on the Northside with acreage. I know I'm supposed to be there- raisin chicken, beef and growing a garden. I am sooo lookin forward to this move. And believe it will be a great one for my well being. Since its out of town a ways, a motorcycle ride looks like part of my daily compute. BUMMER. NOT. hehe. I'm stoked.

The salon is running great, added Rachel in January. She's a great addition to haute headz. Had a very dear client pass away on Xmas eve day. Sally has been my client since day one, and losing her was pretty difficult- and the when I returned after the holidays, I learned another client had passed. Man. My clients ARE my friends, and so this was a hard one for me. But I've learned life just keeps chuggin away. We live once, make the best of it, no regrets. JUST DO IT! So, yeah, a bit of a fire has been lit under my little arse. It comes at a time when i needed it....

So, yeah, here's to you all...CHEERS. I'm gonna be out there 4xin, ridin a bike, a sled, a quad- don't fn care. I'm gonna work hard, and play harder!!!
Thanks to everyone out there! Live it....
Buell down...
So, don't want to hear ANY "I told ya so's", but the bike and i took a tumble on Saturday. I had just bought my full body riding gear on Friday. Had a great ride out to Worley- rain and all. Saturday had a great day planned with other riders from the PNWRiders web site. We took off from Airway Heights headin out for a full day of riding. I was SOOO excited. We took an off road that I wasn't familiar with. Came over the hill top in time to see a sign "15mph" and one big arrow left. UH OH. I had time to gear down, but it still was a bit faster than I was comfortable with. I hit the rear brakes...and well, locked em up good n tight. I didn't make the corner. The bike took the worst of it. I walked away with a bruise or two and some sore muscles the following day. I was able to ride the bike home, but the dr's say it might be totalled. Whatever the case may be, I will ride again.
newest family member
Sooo...added a jeep wrangler to the family. Took it to Vantage for a family get-together. Drives differently than the cherokee for sure. Came close to rollin a few times- I was NOT driving. However I am the one responsible for getting stuck after not heeding the warning to staying on the trail. Cumon- Just one donut in the sand?,,,,,, GUESS NOT- new photo album! Thank you walter and aunt patti and grandma for a great day. Look forward to next visit!

FUEL THE BUELL
So, for some time I have stared in envy at the passing of bikers. Each rider expressing part of themselves through the make, shape, sound, and style of bike they chose. There are riders that you can see their poise and expression, basking in delight of the rhythm of the motor. Oh how I wanted that to be ME!...
This summer I completed the safety course (and yes, passed). A week later I sat on a 2006 Buell Lightning. The ss series, 1200cc, or yeah, and its ORANGE! It is actually Darrin from Shumate's fault- never tell me I CAN'T or SHOULDN'T. Chances are I can and I will. That's how I ended up with this bike- plus I was in love, I couldn't help it.
I've now put 1300+ miles on the bike. Most recently, 350 to Boggan's and back. If you're like four of us riders from Spokane- u may ask "where's that?" Well, lemme tell ya where- literally, where Oregon, Washington and Idaho all meet.
It was a beautiful, sunny HOT day for a ride- but Boggans had to be one of the greatest momments (a piece of heaven if I dare say), that I have experienced. To feel free, adrenaline pumping chest, fear knowing at any minute the rush could end and a smile from ear to ear from the thrill of it all rolled into one. WOWEE. Did I mention I enjoyed myself?
Well, I just wanted to share that. I still love my jeep- just cant afford to fix it when I break it (which is anytime I take it out). I might just have to share my Buell stories every now and then...
Nice Afternoon at 7 mile
I drove up there all by my lonesome as I couldn't find an available soul. WOW! The place was packed with bikes, quads, swampers, buggies and jeeps! I hadn't plan on heading that direction- it was one of those last minute decisions (the gas tank was full). TaDa! Decision made! But, shit! NO CAMERA! AHHH. I did do my fair share of trails and hills. I had a few guests that followed me around on their bikes and quads. So odd not to be able to see those faces. They are all just different colored helmets. Anyway, I had a great day up there. I wish more of you would go there or find another fine place to drive. I'm all for it.
Moyie Mud Bogs
Had a fuckin great time over in Idaho. I now have a standing date for the mud bogs, cant wait till next year. I was good and stayed outa the mud- NO REALLY! One little puddle got in the way, but I just finished deep cleaning my rig. Had some good climbs- Lots of pix- I don't know a lot of people, so if u recognize any vehicles and want to add more info- let me know and I will keep the pix updated. Enjoy!

mud bog party
Ahhhh! I stand corrected on the date of the mud bogs over in Bonners Ferry. The correct date is May 12-14. For more info, visit this site... Hope to see you there http://krazyk5.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=1181&start=0&postdays=0&postorder=asc&highlight=&sid=4d430bff0e10b8aa5fee2efee0525d85
To Pittsburg-and back
So imagine being from this side, and have to travel to Pittsburg of all places-of all times!!! Well, you'll be proud of these girls!! We boldly (and proudly) jacked all the Steeler pennants from the hotel we were staying at. Thats what you get for sleeping Pittsburg! Security enjoyed manhandling all of us through airport security-but we did it with a smile on while chanting "GO SEAHAWKS". Personally I think we earned superbowl tickets...We then had a four hour layover-Judy made us proud while decked out from head to toe with seahawk gear- so I was sent in to retrieve "steelers" uh memorbilia? Which we stomped on and shredded after sitting in the bar for too long. I didn't think people's eyeballs could get that BIG! I don't think we're allowed back. GO SEAHAWKS!
